League of Legends

This tournament is BYOG (Bring Your Own Gear).
Gear: Mouse, Mousepad, Keyboard, and Headset

The tournament format will be a 8 team Double-Elimination tournament.
There will be a $10 entry fee per player at Check-In.
Once the initial spots have been filled, Team Captains will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding their randomized seed number with additional teams being placed on the waiting list.

Brackets will be updated after each match on Challonge.com.

 

 

 

GAME RULES

  1. Format: Teams of 5 (5v5)
  2. Map: Summoner’s Rift
  3. Draft Mode: Standard Tournament Draft
  4. Length: No time limit, the game must be played until there is a winning team
  5. Winner: The winner shall be the team that first destroys the enemy’s nexus or the opposing team surrenders
  6. Series format: Teams will compete in a best of 1 double elimination tournament with the finals consisting of a best of 3 series.
  7. Limitations: Games will be played on the most recent patch with all available items and champions.
  8. Picks/Bans: Each game will have 6 bans available, 3 for each team. The time limit for picks and bans will be standard. To pick which team gets to ban first, the team captains will do a coin toss and the winner will get to choose the side for their team.
  9. a.    Bans: 1-1-1-1-1-1
  10. b.    Picks: 1-2-2-2-2-1
  11. The winner from each Semifinals match will play in Finals, the winner of Finals is awarded 1st place and the loser is awarded 2nd. The two losers of the Semifinals matches then play against each other – the winner of that match is awarded 3nd place, and the loser is awarded 4th place.

TOURNAMENT RULES

  • To qualify for each match, all 5 members of the team must be present at the venue and ready to play.
  • Teams that do not have all 5 members ready within 10 minutes of the starting time forfeits the match.
  • In case a team needs to pause the game, sufficient reason should be reported to the tournament admins right away.
  • Teams are not allowed to restart/remake a game without the approval of a tournament admin
  • Every team must have a designated team captain, the team captains will be responsible for communicating with each other and setting up the mach.
  • After each game is completed, both team leaders are required to report the score to the tournament admins. Leaders will be required to screenshot the final scoreboard as well
  • Substitute players can only be used with known reasons under the approval of the tournament admins.Teams are allowed ONE substitute player for a single role whom they must declare during the signup process.
  • Any teams found colluding a match will be disqualified from the tournament and will not receive any prizing.
  • Tournament Administrators reserve the right to make the final decision regarding any issues not stated above.
  • In order to be eligible for RP, skins, and mystery icon prizing, each member of the team must sign up on the League of Legends event page and clearly state which team they belong to. If a member of a team does not register, the entire team will not receive prizing.
  • Admins reserve the right to stop or restart the matches at anytime.

2nd: 30% of Prize Pool + 1000 RP, Mystery Icon

3rd: 10% of Prize Pool + Mystery Icon

Players MUST have Overwatch on their Battle.net accounts in order to participate.

The tournament format will be an 8 team Double-Elimination bracket. Best of 3 for Quarter-Finals, Best of 3 for Semi-Finals, and Best of 5 for Finals.

There will be a $10 entry fee per player at Check-In.

RULES

1.1. Player Eligibility

All players participating in Overwatch competitions must enter their Overwatch (Americas) BattleTag. The gameaccount is needed to invite players into a custom match and to check if the correct player is playing. In order to participate in tournaments by

If you do not not meet these requirements, you will be deemed ineligible.

 

1.2. Roster

Team rosters must consist of at least the minimum amount of players required to participate. Teams are only allowed to play with players on their roster with a registered gameaccount.

 

1.3. Disqualification

To keep tournaments as efficient as possible, AniRevo reserves the right to disqualify teams. If a team is found to use another known exploit for a second time and it is determined to have been done on purpose they will be removed from the event and barred from any future events.

 

Overwatch Tournament Format

2.1. Match Settings

Available maps: King’s Row, Numbani, Watchpoint: Gibraltar, Dorado, Hanamura, Temple of Anubis, Volskaya, Nepal, Lijiang Tower, Hollywood, Ilios and Route 66

 

Hero selection limit: 1 per team

all heroes are currently allowed

Disable kill cam: On

 

General Rules:

In case of a draw on Assault or Hybrid, a preset Best of One Control map is to be played. The winner of the Control map will win the draw. Please note: Control maps picked in from the map pool are to be played as a Best of Five

Recordings and/or screenshots from each round are required

 

2.2. Map Pick/Veto

Unless otherwise specified, the map pick/veto rules are as follows:

The highest seeded team will be chosen to start the pick & ban phase

Contestants take turns banning maps until the number of maps needed remain

Contestants take turns picking maps until the number of maps needed remain

Maps are played in the order they were picked, the remaining map is played last

2.3.7. Team Options

Team balancing: Off

When balancing occurs: After a mirror match

 

2.4. Substitute Players

One substitute is allowed to play for your team during a cup, starting with the next series. Substitutes cannot begin playing in a series that has already begun. Keep in mind that the substitute must have been on the team roster before the cup started.

 

2.5. No show

If a participant is not ready to play 15 minutes after both participants have been matched on the bracket, Tournament staff have the right to disqualify that team.

 

2.6. Disconnects

In the case that a player(s) disconnects, the team is allowed to continue to play the match at a disadvantage.

 

2.7. Forfeit

Participants can choose to forfeit a match if they wish. Forfeiting will result in loss of the match and possible penalty points.

 

2.8. Re-host

A rehost can only be played with prior admin approval. In a re-hosted game each participant must choose the same side as they picked at the start of the the original match. Disconnects and lag issues will only qualify for a re-host if the issue occurs the within the first 60 seconds of the game.

 

2.9. Observers

Observers are allowed only if both teams agree. Exceptions to this rule are, Tournament Staff and people that are given permission by an admin (e.g. shoutcasters or streamer). Under no conditions are teams allowed to play with referees other than AniRevo referees.

 

  1. Results

Both participants are responsible to enter the correct result. Results must be submitted after all games have been played. If anything is unclear, participants should have screenshots and the required replay files available to verify the result and file a protest.

 

  1. Admins

All participants must adhere to the decisions and rules of the tournament organizers, admins, and referees. All decisions are final, except in cases where the option to appeal is clearly stated. Conversations, either verbal or written, between organizers, admins, or referees, and participants are confidential. Publicly posting or sharing these conversations with outside parties is strictly forbidden, unless permission is obtained.
